This Saturday, I’ll be on the MTV show “Made,” giving someone tips on playing the bass for their band’s upcoming battle of the bands competition. Given the fact that I taught myself how to play the instrument, and have terrible technique, I’m not sure that I helped the situation any, and if for some reason their band loses, the blame can be placed squarely on my shoulders. Anyway, tune in to cheer them on and watch the triumph or defeat.
Recently, Ace Enders from the Early November hit me up to guest on a track he was working on to benefit VH1’s Save The Music Foundation. It’s a cover of Bittersweet Symphony, and it turned out rad. As the name of the band (Ace Enders and a Million Different People) indicates, there are a lot of guest appearances on the song. And in addition to getting a great track, you’ll be helping support a very important foundation. You may even save the music!

i forgot to say that a couple of months ago the guys from fall out boy asked me to be in their new video. so i drove to downtown LA and the dancer in the video asked me to slap hiim in the face. good times. you can check out the video here.
